Papa Paulo IV (em latim: Paulus IV; 28 de junho de 1476 — 18 de agosto de 1559), nascido Gian Pietro Carafa, foi chefe da Igreja Católica e governante dos Estados papais de 23 de maio de 1555 a sua morte em 1559.
